ANNOUNCEMENTS

ANNUAL MEETING:
The Marshall County Poultry & Egg Association Annual Meeting is scheduled for August 3, 2012, at the Guntersville Civitan Park.
The meal will be served at 6:00 p.m. Door prizes will be awarded and a John Deere gator will be given away to some lucky ticket holder.
Vendors will be present exhibiting their products. The scholarship winners and their parents will be recognized at the meeting.
John Deere GATOR TICKETS:
Tickets will be available in June for chances to win a new J.D. gator.
Each ticket will cost $50 and only 250 tickets will be sold.
The proceeds from this event will help sponsor our scholarship program.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
At least two $500 scholarships will be awarded for the year 2012 to deserving students of the MCP&EA producers.
If funds are available, additional scholarships may be awarded. These scholarship winners will be announced in May and recognized at their respective school’s award program.
